– Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for any product at no cost any time before the shipment process has started. Once an order has been processed for shipment, you will not be able to cancel it.
– After Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer care team at care@kesarshop.com. In such cases, the order will be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed only after the goods are received back and verified at our store.

2. Refund Policy

– Returns and Refunds: At Kesar Dry Fruits and Spices, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our store location at Old No. 189, 1, Venkatachalam St, Balaji Nagar, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014, provided the following conditions are met:
– The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
– The item must be in its original unused condition.
– The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
– You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.

– Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

– Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the returned product is unusable due to a manufacturing defect, or if a wrong product was shipped, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

– Non-Refundable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned,.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

– Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
